Some of our recent major projects include the following;
· Transition of nearly 200 staff in various section 197 transfers between various multinationals operating in Southern Africa. This involved the full scope of processes required by the LRA including consultations, negotiations with principles, staff and unions as well as the contractual and financial arrangements and provisions. This also required facilitating arrangements for transfer of Pension and Provident Fund benefits in terms of Section 14 of the Pension Fund Act.
· Developing and implementing a Performance Management system for a high profile independent school in the Johannesburg area. This included developing systems and training management and staff in its use.
· Facilitating the Wage Negotiations planning programme for a major cement producer. This included training negotiators, facilitating the wage negotiations preparation meetings and providing guidance on negotiating strategies and tactics.
· In association with Estisharat developing a full set of competency profiles for Executives, Managers and Supervisors at the Qatar Olympic Committee. The project also included the development of Key Performance Indices for Divisions, departments and sections as well as detailed performance measures and targets for each management and supervisory role. We also developed a unique performance appraisal system for the organisation and provided training for Managers in its use.
· Providing a targeted coaching and development programme for selected members of the Management team at Johnson Controls International SA.
· Facilitating the Strategic Planning workshop and planning programme for a multi-national company.
· In association with TML ONE developing a full set of competency profiles for Executives and Senior Managers at the Marafiq Power and Water Utility in Saudi Arabia. The project also included the assessment of development needs of Senior Managers and formulating developing plans and Career plans for key staff.
· Undertaking a major recruitment & selection project for high level Financial Managers and Accounting Specialists for a major multi-national company based in South Africa.
· Providing various training programmes for management staff for various clients in the following areas;
o Change Management o Performance Management, o Negotiation skills o Customer Service, o Time Management, o Delegation o Conflict Handling, o Labour Relations o Interviewing skills o Staff Motivation o Report Writing o Objective setting
